During these unprecedented times you may have noticed it has been extremely difficult to get your hands on any type of flour. The massive rise in demand was like a flick of a switch and all of sudden all mills around the country had more orders than they could handle and this put us all in a difficult position in rationing out flour supplies to everyone.

Thankfully now, things have got back to some form of normal on the flour side of things and we are able to keep most of our lines in constant stock. This has meant we can now offer a collection service from the mill, it has been extremely strange not seeing customers down each working day and shows the effects that Covid has caused on our country. From now on you will be able to place an order on our website and at the checkout screen you can choose to collect your order from the mill. Once we have seen your order we will put it out with your receipt in the car porch that is on your right hand side as you come down the drive just before you enter the main yard. We will send you an email to let you know your order is now ready for collection. This is completely contactless to avoid any risk of spreading the virus. If you are not planning on coming down for a few days then feel free to let us know in the special instruction box.
