Organic Stoneground Brown Dusting Semolina
Our Semolina Flour is a Biproduct from milling our most popular Strong White Flour. Semolina is much coarser (sandy texture) compared to our other flours with a golden look to it. It is most commonly used for dusting the peel to help slide your loaf or pizza into the oven with ease the same as you would with cornmeal.
