If your order arrives damaged or unsuitable for use please call the mill on 01747 852475 or email info@stoatesflour.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery for a complete refund or replacement of goods. If you would like to return a product that you have ordered and there is no defects then we will usually still offer to accept the return however there will be a charge to return the product and the original postage price will not be refunded on return. Please do not dispose of any product until the matter has been settled as we may require the product to be collected at a time to suit. Please note we are unable to cover for any losses beyond that of the value of the goods.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01747 852475 Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. We are unable to accept a cancellation if the order has already been despatched.
