PURCHASING

From the ‘shop’ page of our website you are able to browse through our product list and select the size and quantity of any items you wish to buy. For more information about our products please visit our ‘products’ page. Once you have selected the products required you are able to click on the ‘checkout’ box and enter the information required to complete the transaction.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro and Delta cards. A PayPal option is also available.

We aim to process and despatch your order within two working days but please allow five working days for arrival. Cann Mills Ltd will not be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the order within any stated timescale.

Orders are sent out by a third party courier usually Royal Mail and DPD, delivery times are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries are not available but a Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Please call the mill on 01747 852475 for this service.

Deliveries are restricted to the UK.

Orders are restricted to a maximum weight of 100Kg.

There is a surcharge for delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Cann Mills Ltd reserves the right to decline any order at their own discretion. If this decision is taken you will be notified by email and refunded in full immediately.

Once your order has been despatched the sales contract has been made and these Terms and Conditions apply.
